Reverse osmosis (RO) has the smallest membrane of 0.0001 microns. This allows reverse osmosis (RO) to filter out 95-99% of impurities like (among others): chlorine, fluoride, bacteria, viruses, parasites, microplastics, GenX, PFAS, pesticides and heavy metals.
